Aries Blackstone is an American author whose fiction examines what happens when technological progress moves faster than the institutions, laws, and people expected to control it. He is the author of the Quantum Series, which follows Dr. Ladonna Stone and Quantum Innovations through conflicts involving corporate power, espionage, advanced technology, government pressure, ethical responsibility, and the consequences of invention.
His adult fiction returns to a recurring question: when a technology becomes powerful enough to change society, who earns the right to decide what happens next?
A U.S. Air Force veteran and former military photographer, Blackstone later built a career in vocational rehabilitation services. He also writes The Adventures of Max & Zoey, a children's series focused on friendship, empathy, autism awareness, inclusion, and belonging.
